A fundamental part of becoming a B Corp is to embed stakeholder governance in decision making and always conside stakeholder interests including employees, suppliers, shareholders, society and the environment.

Our mission lock means that our purpose and the interests of our stakeholders are embedded into the way we make decisions as a business.

Our Ethical Supplier Code of Conduct sets expectations for our suppliers around responsible and ethical working practices. This ensures that products sold by Fearne & Rosie are produced under humane working conditions, with respect for workers, their human rights and that suppliers minimise their impact on the environment.

As part of our B Corp recertification, we are continuing to review our supply chain and the ways we identify, prevent and address potential human rights risks.

Making a positive difference in our community has always been an important part of Fearne & Rosie.

Our founder Rachel started Fearne & Rosie after seeing first-hand, as both a parent and a teacher, the importance of engaging children in healthier eating.

We believe education is an important part of creating healthy change, which is why creating accessible educational resources is one of our long term goals and we have created free school resource packs to begin our journey with this.

We know that everything we do has an environmental impact and we are committed to understanding and reducing ours as we grow.

We are continuing to understand the climate impact of our business including emissions associated with our operations, products, packaging and supply chain.

As part of our B Corp recertification, we are reviewing our carbon footprint and identifying opportunities to reduce our emissions across our value chain.

We want as many families as possible to be able to access healthier food choices and we do our berry best to keep our prices competitive.
