I think the media is doing an amazing job of highlighting the need to reduce our sugar intake.
The difficulty with Jam is it does need sugar or it simply doesn’t preserve.
So there’s some choice to make… we can replace the sugar with alternatives which quite frankly may be as bad if not worse!
Or we can take out as much as possible whilst still ensuring our Jams taste delicious.
So that’s what we’ve done… we’ve put less sugar in our Jams simple. 🙂
When compared with other well known brands our Jams contain roughly 40% less sugar per 100g
We think that’s significant. What do you think?
