Yogurt Brittle with Fearne and Rosie Reduced Sugar Jam.

Breakfast of Champions!
Or a healthy afternoon treat. This Yogurt Brittle can be easily adapted to suit you. Quick and easy to make it will keep happily in the freezer for a week... but it probably wont last that long!
Spread a layer of full fat no added sugar yogurt onto a lined baking tray.
Spoon on some Fearne and Rosie Reduced Sugar Jam (this is Strawberry).
Sprinkle with your choice of toppings (this is granola and some chopped fresh strawberries).
Freeze or 2 hours or overnight.
